TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Primeval Modeling ("Company", "we", "us") and the enrolled student ("Student", "you"). By registering for a course, workshop, or event with Primeval Modeling, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Enrollment & Payment

Registration: Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.

We accept Apple pay, Google pay, PayPal, and Credit/Debit cards

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Student Cancellation:

Please note that all workshops, photoshoots, and classes require advance notice for cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, a 25% cancellation fee will automatically apply. This policy ensures that time and resources reserved for your shoot are respected and allows for smooth scheduling for all clients.

No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in 100% forfeiture of fees.

Cancelling before the 48 hour mark, you will receive a refund.

Course Cancellation by Company: In the unlikely event Primeval Modeling cancels a course (e.g., due to instructor illness or severe weather), you will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
3. Image Rights & Intellectual Property (Crucial)
Since this course involves working with professional photographers, image ownership must be clear.

Photographer Copyright: The Student acknowledges that the copyright of all photographs taken during the course remains with the respective Photographer, as per US Copyright Law.

Student Usage Rights: Primeval Modeling grants the Student a non-exclusive license to use images delivered from the course for:

Personal portfolio (print and digital).

Social media self-promotion (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Submission to modeling agencies.

Commercial Restriction: The Student may not sell, license, or use these images for commercial merchandise or third-party advertising without written permission from the Photographer and Primeval Modeling.

Company Marketing Rights: By participating, the Student grants Primeval Modeling and its partners the irrevocable right to use images, video, and audio recordings taken during the course for marketing, website content, and social media promotion.
4. Code of Conduct & Professionalism
To maintain our relationships with Richmond agencies and designers, students must act professionally.

Zero Tolerance: We enforce a strict policy against harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind. Violation of this will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Punctuality: Modeling is a time-sensitive industry. Late arrivals may be excluded from specific modules or shoots to prevent disruption.

Care of Garments: Students are responsible for any clothing, accessories, or props provided by designers or stylists. You may be held financially liable for damage caused by negligence (e.g., makeup stains, tears from improper handling).
5. Liability Waiver

Physical Activity: Modeling training involves physical exertion, walking in high heels, and holding poses. The Student voluntarily participates and assumes all risk of injury.

Release: The Student releases Primeval Modeling, its instructors, venue owners, and visiting professionals from any liability regarding personal injury, theft, or loss of personal property during course hours.
6. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Your personal information (email, phone, measurements) will be shared only with vetted industry partners (agencies, photographers) participating in the course for professional networking purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of Richmond, VA.
